• May 2019, Kurita Water Industries Ltd (Kurita) has decided to acquire 100 percent outstanding shares of Avista Technologies Inc (US) and Avista Technologies (UK) Ltd. The acquisition price is $81.8 million (approx. 9.2 billion yen). Avista manufactures and sells water treatment chemicals, specializes in RO chemicals.
